I'll start by saying that if books never existed this world would be boring. In my opinion there's nothing more satisfying than reading a good book while sitting outside with a cup of tea. If books never were to exist there would be minimal ways to learn. I'm talking one page stories, textbooks, or certain subjects. Without something longer than a page it's hard to learn about something that can fill up to 200 pages. Books are needed to succeed in life, sure you can learn a thing or two from an article, but not near as much as a knowledge packed textbook. In my opinion reading in general is fun, and getting lost in a book can be relaxing and comforting. I love passing time with subjects that intrigue me, and then telling everyone what I read, I don't know about some people but if books never existed I believe people would be lost and wouldn't know what to do with their lives.
